WATCH: Star Wars' Luke, Mark Hamill, Comes Home to San Diego

The force was strong in Clairemont on Sunday July 30th.  An estimated 1,000 people showed up to witness the official street naming ceremony in San Diego's Clairemont neighbhood of "Mark Hamill Drive".  The Star Wars actor, Luke Skywalker in the legendary film series, was on hand for the ceremony. City Councilman Chris Cate arranged for a portion of Castleton Drive to also carry the name of Mark Hamill Drive.  Hamill spent four years as a child living in the neighborhood with his family and attended Madison High School. He thanked San Diego and said he now has a place he can call home.
